"I was in Arkansas for our annual week vacation on the lake. I brought down our new Hurricane boat that we had only had out a couple of times. After driving all night and setting up camp we launched the boat only to find it running horrible, this was on a Friday of the 4th of July weekend. I called my dealer who said there was not much he could do for me being that far away, and gave me some number for dealers in the area. I called serveral with no help, but when I called Trader Bill's and spoke with Brad he said he could get me fit in on Tuesday. It turned out to be a pinched fuel line that they could make a quick temp fix until I got back home to take it to my dealer to have the fuel line replaced. I want to thank Brad Newton, Service Manager, and his crew for saving our vacation! A week on the lake with out a running boat would have made for a horrible vacation.
Thank you again for fitting us in, fixing the problem, and saving our vacation when no other dealer would even attempt it.

"I recently bought a pre-owned Hurricane Deck Boat from Trader Bills. The service department helped me get a few things fixed up on the boat. I paid the bill and took it to the lake. To shorten a long story; it turned out to have a cracked block that had been JB welded over by a crook of a previous owner. To my sincere thanks and gratitude, Reggie offered my money back or a brand new engine for the boat. You take quiet a risk when you buy a pre-owned boat as we all know. I amglad to have bought it from Trader Bills and will do my business there from now on. Brad, in service, did a great job on installing the new engine and I will spread the word to all my lake friends that Trader Bills has it going on!!!"

"Just wanted to say thanks and thank you to Kim for his help with the tube and junior trainer skies. Our two sons age 11 & 10 were able to get up and ski with just a little effort at first then were able to pop up easy after just a couple of times and the smiles on there faces were worth every penny for the skis. Thanks again we had a great time in Hot Springs and will stop in next trip."
